INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

LEVIAHUB S.P.A., with registered office at Foro Buonaparte 71, Milan (MI), in its capacity as Data Controller (hereinafter the “Controller”), provides this notice to the Data Subject in compliance with European and Italian data protection legislation.
The Controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO), who may be contacted at: dpo@leviahub.com.

This notice supplements the website's navigation policy and aims to explain how the Company will specifically process the data entered in this quotation request form.

Purpose and Legal Basis of the Processing

The Controller processes personal data submitted through this form solely for the purpose of responding to the quotation request. The legal basis for the processing is the performance of pre-contractual/contractual activities requested by the data subject (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b) of the GDPR).

Data Retention Period

If information is requested, the data will be processed for the time necessary to respond.
If a quotation is requested, the data will be processed for a maximum period equal to twice the validity period of the offer, without prejudice to further retention necessary for resolving (by any means) any disputes that may arise.
In any case, for technical/organizational reasons, processing will continue for 30 days beyond the periods indicated above.

Nature of Data Provision and Consequences of Refusal

Providing the data is voluntary and strictly related to the use of the contact form and is therefore necessary to submit the information request. Failure to provide the data will result in the impossibility to fulfill the request.

Scope of Data Communication and Categories of Recipients

The Controller will not disseminate the data but intends to communicate it to internal personnel authorized to process it based on their roles, as well as to Group companies, professionals or service providers, and public or private bodies, also as a result of inspections and audits.
These recipients, if processing data on behalf of the Controller, will be appointed as Data Processors through a specific contract or other legal instrument.

Transfer of Data to a Third Country and/or an International Organization

Your personal data may be transferred, for the purposes for which they are collected, to countries outside the European Union, including the United States of America (USA), to entities that will act, depending on the case, as independent data controllers or data processors.
Such transfers will occur only on the basis of the standard contractual clauses adopted or approved by the European Commission (Article 46, paragraph II, letters c) and d) of the GDPR) or to recipients adhering to the Data Privacy Framework, pursuant to the adequacy decision adopted by the European Commission on 10 July 2023 (for transfers to the USA).
In any event, any transfer of personal data to countries outside the EU will be carried out in compliance with applicable legislation, ensuring an adequate level of protection for the data subjects.

Data Subject Rights

The Data Subject has the right to request access to their personal data, rectification if inaccurate, erasure or restriction of processing if the conditions are met, to object to processing based on the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller, and to obtain data portability (only for data processed automatically and based on consent or contract).
