INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

LEVIAHUB S.P.A., with registered office at Foro Buonaparte, 71, Milan (MI), in its capacity as Data Controller (hereinafter the “Controller”), provides this notice to the Data Subject in compliance with European and Italian data protection regulations.
The Controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO), who can be contacted at the following address: dpo@leviahub.com.

This notice supplements the navigation policy of our website, and aims to explain how the Controller will specifically process the data entered in this demo request form.

Purpose and Legal Basis of the Processing

The Controller processes the personal data submitted via this form solely to respond to the demo request. The legal basis of the processing is the performance of pre-contractual or contractual activities requested by the data subject (Art. 6, paragraph 1, letter b) of the GDPR).

Data Retention Period

If information is requested, the data will be processed for the time necessary to provide a response. If a quotation is requested, the data will be retained for a maximum period equal to twice the validity period of the proposal, without prejudice to any further retention needed for the settlement (by any means) of disputes that may arise. In any case, for technical/organizational reasons, processing will last for 30 days beyond the periods stated above.

Nature of Data Provision and Consequences of Refusal

Providing the data is voluntary and strictly related to the use of the contact form, and is therefore necessary to submit the information request. Failure to provide the data will result in the impossibility to fulfill the request.

Scope of Data Communication and Categories of Recipients

The Controller will not disseminate the data but intends to communicate it to internal personnel authorized to process it according to their roles, as well as to Group companies, professionals or service providers, and public and private bodies, also as a result of inspections and audits. These recipients, if processing data on behalf of the Controller, will be designated as Data Processors through a specific contract or legal agreement.

Transfer of Data to a Third Country and/or International Organization

Your personal data may be transferred, for the purposes for which it was collected, to countries outside the European Union, including the United States of America (USA), to entities that will act, depending on the case, as independent controllers or data processors.
Transfers to non-EU countries will only occur on the basis of the signature between LEVIAHUB S.P.A. and the non-EU recipient of the standard contractual clauses adopted or approved by the European Commission (Art. 46, paragraph II, letters c) and d) of the Regulation), or to recipients adhering to the Data Privacy Framework, in compliance with the adequacy decision adopted by the European Commission on July 10, 2023 (in the case of the USA).
Any transfer of personal data to countries outside the EU will be carried out in accordance with applicable legislation, ensuring an adequate level of protection for data subjects.

Data Subject Rights

The Data Subject has the right to request access to their personal data and to have it rectified if inaccurate, erased or limited in processing when applicable, to object to processing carried out for the legitimate interests of the Controller, and to obtain portability of the data provided, only if subject to automated processing based on consent or contract.

The Data Subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority: Garante per la protezione dei dati personali – www.garanteprivacy.it, or to take appropriate legal action.
