Purpose and Legal Basis of the Processing

LEVIAHUB S.P.A. does not send newsletters: the Controller processes the personal data submitted via this form solely to respond to the requests received — for example, to provide information about products or services (including brochures, catalogues and/or other corporate informational materials), to send a quotation, etc.
Consent is therefore not required, as the processing is necessary to respond to such requests.

Data Retention Period

If you request information, your data will be processed for as long as necessary to provide a response.
If a quotation is requested, your data will be processed for a period no longer than twice the validity period of the offer, without prejudice to further retention needed for the settlement (by any means) of any potential disputes.
In any case, for technical/organizational reasons, processing may continue for 30 days beyond the periods stated above.

Nature of the Data Provision and Consequences of Refusal

The provision of data is strictly related to the use of the contact form and is therefore necessary to submit your request: failure to provide the data will result in our inability to fulfill your request.

Scope of Data Communication and Categories of Recipients

The Controller will not disseminate the data, but intends to communicate it to internal staff specifically authorized to process the data based on their roles, as well as to Group companies, professionals or service providers, and public or private entities — also as a result of inspections or audits.
Where these recipients process data on behalf of the Controller, they will be designated as Data Processors through a specific contract or other legal instrument.

Transfer of Data to a Third Country and/or an International Organization

Your personal data will not be transferred to non-European third countries or to international organizations.

The Data Subject has the right to request from the Controller access to their personal data and rectification of inaccurate data, erasure or restriction of processing when applicable, and the right to data portability for personal data provided by the Data Subject.
